How to use

Aciphex is also can be in combination with amoxicillin and clarithromycin which is a three drug regimen that is used for the treatment of patients with H. pylori infection and duodenal ulcer disease to eradicate H. pylori. Eradication of H. pylori has been shown to reduce the risk of duodenal ulcer recurrence.
Aciphex contains active ingredients called rabeprazole sodium which is a substituted benzimidazole that inhibits gastric acid secretion. Chemically, rabeprazole sodium can be said as 2-[[[4-(3-methoxypropoxy)-3-methyl-2-pyridinyl] - methyl] sulfinyl]-1H–benzimidazole sodium salt. The empirical formula and its molecular weight are C18H20N3NaO3S and 381.43 respectively. Rabeprazole sodium is soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, chloroform and ethyl acetate. Aciphex is available with enteric-coated which contains 20mg of rabeprazole sodium.
