Finast, also known as Finasteride, is an effective medication that is used to warn and treat hair loss in men. The remedy works to prevent testosterone conversion into dihydrotestosterone. In this way, Finast also eliminates risks of benign prostatic hyperplasia development caused by devastating dihydrotestosterone components.
Thus, Finasteride is prescribed as a top-notch, effective treatment of such conditions as male pattern hair loss and prostatic hyperplasia in patients with increased prostate. The medication is for males use only. Finast may be recommended for cases and conditions not mentioned in the information leaflet, though should be taken with exceptional caution.
Before starting the treatment course with Finast, consult your healthcare provider. He/she will perform a few blood tests beforehand to ensure the drug will not be harmful for your health condition. Follow the doctor’s prescription and safety recommendations once you wish to make the treatment course safe, reliable and effective. Never take Finast in bigger or smaller doses, as you can either overuse the drug or take it in insufficient doses. Administer Finasteride with or without food, but with a full glass of water. Stick to a strict schedule, using the medication at the same time each day. The drug should be taken daily. Do not stop the intake before the end of the full prescribed course, even if your symptoms improved.
Once you have missed a dose, take it when possible, but skip it if the next scheduled one is soon to be taken. Never increase or double the following dose to eliminate the risk of side effects appearance. Finast may cause dizziness from fast sitting or lying down, so be attentive with these motions.
