Fincar is classified as a male treatment, which active ingredients prevent the process of testosterone conversion into dihydrotestosterone. The latter is involved in the development of the devastating health issue called benign prostatic hyperplasia. The drug is prescribed to patients, who are diagnosed with male pattern hair loss.
