in Canada, and further supervised by a qualified pharmacist
before dispensing. PLEASE FILL IN YOUR HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE
ACCURATELY. IF IN DOUBT, PLEASE ASK YOUR DOCTOR
FOR ASSISTANCE.

How to get Medicine :
Option 1 : Click

prescription drugs.

and you would like to order a new drug that we have not received
a prescription for.

if You are an EXISTING patient, and you would like to reorder
a drug you have had from us before.
You can do the following to fill your prescriptions:
1. Get a price
quote for the medication that you need. If you
can't find the medication that you need, please e-mail
us.
2. Please Sign and fax, mail or e-mail
the
Patient's Health Profile ,
Patient Release Form
& Order Form (Faxed / Couriered/ e-mailed) to us.
3. Please get your prescriptions mailed or faxed
to us at (403) 238 0858 . Please include your address and
phone number with your prescriptions so that we may contact
you if we have any questions and to confirm your order. (Do
not write on the actual prescription as this may render the
prescription void.)
4. You may be contacted by one of our representatives to
confirm your order and you will be asked to pay via Master
Card, Visa or American Express & Diner's
Club over the phone if you have not included a cashier's check
or money order with your mailed-in prescription. Please allow
2-3 days to be contacted.
5. Shipping and handling charged per
package (not per item) approximately $15.
6. When it's time for a refill, just
call or e-mail us with your name and/or prescription numbers.
Please note that we may contact you or your prescriber by
phone to verify your order, this is done to protect both our
patients and our self from attempted fraud (Credit card or
Prescription).
Non-prescription items (Nicorette Gum, Nicoderm Patches, Vitamins,
and Diabetic Supplies):
Use the Prescription Drug Prices on
the left-hand side of this screen to find the item(s) you
are interested in ordering. Call one of our customer service
representatives at 1 888 209-0411 to place your order over
the phone.
Please note that all of these steps must be completed before
any prescriptions can be sent out.
We highly recommend that our clients order their prescriptions
4-5 weeks prior to the expiration of their current medication
to ensure a constant supply.
Below are the estimated time frames (from the receipt of
your forms and prescriptions to delivery to your door):
Refills Faxed or phoned in to our Call

Faxed New Prescriptions: About 2 weeks.
New Prescriptions sent via Mail: 2 to 3 weeks (if sending
your order via Mail, we recommend using Global Priority Mail
through the United States Postal Service for speed and affordability)
