Indinavir belongs to the group of protease inhibitor antivirals that works warning the multiplication of human immunodeficiency virus cells in the body. Consequently, the drug is frequently used to treat the symptoms of HIV that lead to acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and its complications. Additionally, special dose adjustments or alternative treatment courses may be required in case a patient undergoes a therapy with seizure drugs, antifungals, blood pressure treatments, heart medications, steroid drugs or other HIV/AIDS remedies. Seek immediate medical help in case Indinavir intake has stimulated the appearance of hives, problems breathing, itching and other symptoms of allergic reactions. Contact your doctor to learn about further actions in case Indinavir intake resulted in back pain, liver disorders, increased blood sugar levels, boosted heart rate, angina, wheezing, anxiety, depression, vision impairments, speech disorders, blood cell complications and others. Common Indinavir reactions will soon disappear. Call your doctor if the condition aggravates and its side effects become more dangerous.
