Description

Sumycin is a broad-spectrum antibiotic, it inhibits the synthesis of proteins in microbial cell and has bacteriostatic action. It is active against most Gram-positive and Gram-negative organisms, spirochetes, leptospira, rickettsiae and some protozoa (trichomonas, amoeba, etc.).

Pharmacokinetics

Administered orally, Sumycin is well absorbed (up to 66% of the dose). It penetrates into all organs and tissues, as well as in bile, synovial, ascites and cerebrospinal fluid. Indications

Dosing and dosing regimen
